The room unfortunately wasn't the cleanest—there were stained towels, a dirty shower curtain, and sheets with a huge yellow stain. The owners seemed indifferent at first, which was disappointing, but after some effort, the situation was resolved. I was not impressed overall and won’t return.

service was nice, but room issues!
The king room had air conditioning and a private bathroom. We enjoyed the flat-screen TV and the microwave was handy. The staff was friendly, tried offering us a bigger bed. But the room was dirty with stained towels and a disgusting comforter. The spa bath was a nice touch but overall, disappointing.

It was just a balanced option for a quick stop in San Antonio with good price-quality ratio. The comforter needed changing, but the staff tried to help when I brought it up. Check for clean linens before unpacking.

King Room features excellent air conditioning, perfect for cooling down after a hot day. The free WiFi made it easy to plan our adventures and stay connected.
The cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired, with stained towels and a shower curtain that looked like it had seen better days. A huge yellow stain on the sheets and a comforter in desperate need of replacement certainly didn't help the situation. Additionally, I faced an issue with confusing room preferences. I specifically requested a non-smoking room yet ended up with a room that clearly had a smoky odor.
